Our Policy

1. Our policy for shop.

Payment Policy.

When a customer comes to our website and tries to buy a product, then at the same time we charge the price of that product from the customer. When the customer's money comes to us, then we book the order of that customer. For this, we have installed a payment gateway on our website. We take the price of the product from the customer only through this medium, apart from this we do not take the money of the product from the customer in any way.

Shipping Policy.​

We work through many courier companies to deliver our products to the customer and we believe that we deliver our product to the customer within 3-5 days but sometimes due to some reason we have some time more May take. That is why we ask for 15 days time from the customer for products deliver.

 

Return Policy.​

We want to be a customer-driven organization. Hence, every decision and policy guidelines of ours is to make customer solar purchase happy. As we want to become India's big brand in solar by 2022. It is not possible without a superior customer experience. That's why, we are keeping our return and cancellation policy transparent for faster resolution.

Transit damage.

We are shipping products by many courier companies, If any item found damaged during transit in that case, the following action will be taken

>  Minor damage, Refund 20% of product value. 
>  Major damage, refund 50% of the product value. 
>  If the customer wants to return this product then he can do it.

Wrong item delivery.

We dispatch hundreds of packets every day, our people can do mistakes, In case, the wrong item has been delivered, the following action will be taken, The wrong item will be taken back. Once, item reaches to India Guru Solar warehouse, the full amount will be refunded or the right products shipping.
 



Cancellation while product is in transit.

We usually shipped the product the next day, with intent to deliver the item within 3 days across India, Once, item starts traveling, cancellation of existing order will 10% cancellation charges and courier charges will be deducted.

 

Cancellation due to non-performance of the solar system. 

There are many factors that impact the efficiency of the solar system such as the electricity situation in the city, how panels are installed, electrical parameters, etc. Once, the system is installed, it can not be taken back.  

          

When a customer buys a product from us and if the customer wants to return the purchased product, That product will not be taken back. Unless for any of the above reasons. 

Many of our products are very heavy in weight, there are many areas where there is no facility to deliver this heavy products. If a customer lives in such an area and has ordered the products on our website, then we cannot provide delivery in that customer's area, so if the customer wants to cancel his order, he can do so easily. But payment will be given to that customer only after deducting 2%-3% money from our side. This is because there is a charge of 2%-3% in the payment transaction. 

Note. If there is a dispute between the company and the customer due to any reason, the final decision will be valid for the company.

2. Our policy for consulting service.

Payment Policy.

We collect the cost of this service from the customer in advance through the payment gateway on our website. Once a customer's payment is received by us, that payment cannot be refunded.

Shipping Policy.​

When the customer pays us for this service, then we contact that customer and ask for time to talk to him. The customer can tell us the time according to his own accord, we call and video call the customer at the specified time.

We may be late in contacting the customer.

1. We do not talk about the policy, regulations of the government regarding solar within this service (OPATS). 
Because the government's policy or regulations are very different in every state and every Discoms.

 

2. In this service we are helping to customers only on roof-top solar system, not on agriculture and utility project. 

3. The service duration is Maximum 25 to 30 Minutes Only (Maximum 20 to 25 Minutes Only call & video call).

Note. If there is a dispute between the company and the customer due to any reason, the final decision will be valid for the company.
